If you are buying or selling commercial real estate and are considering a real estate agent, please use one experienced with commercial real estate. Representing a home buyer or seller is far different than representing a buyer or seller involved with a commercial property. Look for a CRE or CCIM designation when considering a real estate agent, as these designations indicate experience and enhanced education regarding commercial real estate.
