Biography
Brad brings over four decades of legal experience and a deep-rooted commitment to the people of Brevard County. Born in Des Moines, Iowa, and raised just outside Rochester, New York, Brad relocated to Florida in 1972 following his father’s retirement. Inspired by his father’s academic path, Brad attended the University of Florida, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1979 and his Juris Doctor in 1982.
Since moving to Brevard County in 1984, Brad has witnessed the region’s tremendous growth and evolving complexities. He understands that life today presents more challenges than ever before—and he views his role as an attorney through the lens of a problem solver. His goal is to help clients navigate legal issues as quickly and efficiently as possible, always working to restore a sense of normalcy and peace of mind. Brad maintains a diverse and varied civil litigation practice. His experience includes handling complex matters such as partition and quiet title actions, as well as shareholder and partnership disputes. He is known for his practical approach to resolving conflicts and his ability to deliver strategic, client-focused solutions both in and out of the courtroom.
