Biography
Stephanie Parsons is a proud Brevard County native, raised locally and deeply connected to the Space Coast community. She focuses her legal practice exclusively in Family Law, helping clients navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions with skill, empathy, and a firm understanding of Florida family law.
Stephanie earned her Juris Doctor in 2018 from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, where she developed a strong foundation in litigation and dispute resolution. Prior to law school, she attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida, where she completed her undergraduate studies.
Stephanie brings a practical, compassionate approach to matters involving divorce, child custody, time-sharing, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, paternity, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, domestic violence injunctions, and modifications and enforcement of family law orders. Her familiarity with the local courts and her dedication to her clients make her a trusted advocate for families throughout Brevard County.
She is known for guiding clients through complex family issues with clarity and purpose, always striving for resolutions that protect what matters most. Whether negotiating a parenting plan or litigating a high-conflict divorce, Stephanie is committed to delivering experienced, personalized legal representation every step of the way.
